Holders of National Kyorugi Referee Certificate are eligible to apply for attending this program.WT online International Kyorugi Referee Refresher Course: will be organized for WT International Kyorugi Referees. This course will completely replace the Kyorugi IR Refresher course which used to be organized only via offline.
